Onward Home

This was a fabulous stop right on the scenic Highway US 101.  It was great hiking and so very much to see.  Hope my photos will show the true 'place of wonder' that it was!

None of my photos of actual burl on the trees came out good enough to see.  Burl wood is so beautiful, but interesting that no one knows why it grows.

Many Weddings take place in this cathedral made of  nine living trees!

We rode a forest gondola up to an observation deck where 

there were breathtaking views!

Here are a few more scenes along our drive as we followed the coast 

and gradually went in the direction of San Francisco.

Back home at East Shore RV Park in San Dimas!

We are so very thankful for an absolutely unbelievable trip to Alaska!  

We will never forget the beauty of God's creation!

We are still in 'AWE'!
